Those smart people who plan the events for Market Square must have known that the best way to celebrate Roald Dahl’s birthday is with a party and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Tomorrow night, Friday at 8:30, head down to Market Square to watch the movie with all your friends.
Today Brainpop has a free featured movie about Roald Dahl. And you can find all sorts of fun ideas here if you want to plan a party. There are a nice selection of Roald Dahl related crafts at Activity Village. For a little added fun you can roll a peach around the world.
If there aren’t any Roald Dahl books on your shelf, there are plenty to borrow from the Guelph Public Library, including an audio collection performed by the author himself (not to be missed!)
